I was given a sea view room on request which was fantastic, not just because of the sea view. The room was also spacious, with large windows on two sides and with a pleasant and comfortable interior. The place is very quiet, given the vicinity to the hustle and bustle of the nearby main street leading to the beach. The beach can be reached within a couple of minutes walk and is full of people swimming and jogging by 6 am! The nearby shops and restaurants still allow access to all the required amenities, without the noise experienced closer to that infrastructure, and there is also a Vietnamese restaurant right next door. The pool is a bonus and the whole atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable during my 10-day stay

the property is very near to the beach 5 minute walk. the room I stayed was very airy ,full of sunlight all the sides window and sea view .the host is very very cooperative and friendly they are always ready to help you and very soft spoken each and every person in their team is very amazing they also provided the scooter at their premise so highly recommend this property very reasonable at the price. the kitchen is also very well equipped and daily their stuff used to come to clean the dishes which was very convenient for us

Lovely staff. Very down to earth, they really made me feel at home. There was some struggle at the beginning with the exact room I booked but they were very accommodating. The only really critical thing I could say is the lighting in the room is exceptionally dark. But the bed, water pressure and room temperature are extremely comfortable. Maybe the best value for the money in the area. I will definitely be back!

Enjoyed the simplicity of this place - we wanted a spacious, clean and comfortable room and that's what we got. It was good wifi for working remotely online and I enjoyed the roof terrace for a quiet tea in the mornings
